Dill - Anethum Graveolens Herb Plants in 9CM and 13CM Pots
Dill is grown either for the seeds it produces which are used in Pickling or for its leaves that are used as an Aniseed flavoring mostly in Fish dishes. It is easy to grow and a useful addition to any herb garden.
- Sow the seeds outdoors where they are to grow from March - July in a well prepared drill.
- Sow thinly appx 1 cm deep with a minimum of 12 inches between rows.
- Once the seedlings are large enough to handle thin to appx 12" apart.
- Successional sowing's will give a longer harvesting period.
